•Payment through Paypal is required at the beginning and I will not start on your piece until it is received.
•Commission ETA is around 1-2 days or less typically unless I state that it may take longer due to things I need to do aside from drawing.

About the Art Process
For custom commissions:

•I will send you a sketch no matter what, because unlike YCHs that are pretty much already pre-loaded, we're making a scene/picture from scratch!
•Please include all details at the beginning of the commissioning process. You can request changes to the sketch as many times as you'd like, but once the outlining is started I will be more firm on what is changed since it is more time consuming. Let me know anything you have an issue with OR anything you'd like to be tweaked as soon as possible in the earliest stages!
•Again, as above:
Major changes to the commission (additional things like adding body parts, wings, limbs, changing the shape of body parts - genitals, changes of design – tattoos & markings, completely changing colors of the character) after completion will require a charge of 25% of the original commission price.

Payment & Refunds:

•If payments are not received in a timely manner, I will notify you that you have lost the slot and it will go to another person. My Paypal invoices do not have a pay-by-date so it's up to you to do it on time! If I receive no payment I assume you've lost interest. Please make sure your info in my order forms are correct.
•In case you might need to cancel on the commission and nothing has been started yet I will give a complete refund no matter what.
•Refunds can be given once work is started but it will be according the amount of work that has been done (%25, %50, etc.)
•If you are rude and unresponsive (passive aggressive, vague, and down-right disrespectful) I will cease working with you and you do not get your commission finished. I hold any right to cancel a commission.

References & Descriptions:

•I prefer to have some sort of picture reference for the commission. If your character is brand new with no pictures of it currently, please take the time to find color refs, hair refs, clothes refs, etc for the character.
•I will try and work with you on developing your new character into a picture. But please keep in mind how I see something and how you see it can be two completely different things. My style of art also plays a factor so please keep that in mind.
•If you do have a picture reference, but it isn't what the commission requires (a bust reference for a full body commission for example) please tell me what is missing.

Usage of my art:

•You are, of course, allowed to post any commission from me to your own account with proper credit.
